Nice vintage Native American sterling silver ring with three turquoise cabs set in a shallow oxidized shadowbox with two raised half-round silver wires and four silver beads. The face of the ring measures approximately 1-5/8 inch long by about 1/2 inch wide. Genuine turquoise. Unmarked and unsigned, as is common for Native American jewelry from this time period, however the silver tests positive as coin silver or better. Excellent condition.
The ring is from the family estate of Manny Goodman - one-time owner of the old Covered Wagon Trading Post in Old Town Albuquerque, New Mexico. Goodman was 91 when he closed the business in 1998. He died in 2004.
