This fabulous sterling silver turquoise ring was created by Gloria Begay, wife of the late Navajo silversmith, Kirk Smith. Gloria Begay always worked along side her husband and we are glad to see that she is continuing the family tradition by creating her own jewelry now. If you are familiar with Kirk's work,you will see a lot of similarities - the vintage revival finished sterling silver, the quality of the stones and the whole overall look.
The genuine turquoise stones are a pale green turquoise color with beautiful matrix. The stones are set on a fancy triple wire shank ring. Like her husband, Gloria uses only the best stones and materials, choosing turquoise stones with vibrant colors.
The face of the ring measures 1-1/2 long and the ring weighs 15.5 grams. Exceptional quality and workmanship. Size 6 only.
