The three-dimensional necklace is entirely hand made from sterling silver. It measures 10 around the neck, with an additional 2-3/8 drop pendant in the center. It measures about 11-1/2 long from the back of the neck to the bottom of the center turquoise stone. The necklace fastens behind either of the side kachinas.
