Here's a traditional vintage Native American Navajo sterling silver ring. It appears to me that the ring is set with two red carnelian stones.
The face of the ring measures 1-1/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. It is a size 6-1/2 and weighs 8.2 grams. The ring is unmarked for silver content but has been tested and is coin silver or better. Excellent condition. circa 1970's - 1980's. From a private collection.
