  *** SOLD ***

Fabulous Native American handmade pendant, created by Navajo micro-inlay artist, Matthew Jack, featuring intricate fascinating Navajo inspired designs. Matthew uses the night ceremony theme often in his work. Traditional Navajo healing ceremonies are performed at night in the winter months and the Yei'bi'chei (Navajo holy people) play a significant role. Set in silver, the pendant is intricately inlaid with hundreds of tiny hand-cut, semi-precious stones such as turquoise, spiny oyster and colorful lab opal. There are many tiny sterling silver inlaid dots to represent stars and there are also comets with opal inlaid tails.

The pendant measures 2-5/8 inches long including the inlaid bale, by 1-1/8 inch wide by over 1/8 inch thick. It weighs 25 grams. The oval inlaid bale can accommodate a necklace 3/8 inches by 1/4 inches. Shown here with a 6mm silver bead necklace (sold separately).

Brand new and in perfect condition. Gift Box and Certificate of Authenticity included. Hallmarked by the artist, Matthew Jack (pictured below). Matthew creates amazing works of art! He is one of the best young Navajo inlay artists working in Gallup, NM.
