Navajo artist Gilbert Tom trained under the guidance of the late, legendary master silversmith Harry Morgan, who spent the most creative part of his career making one-of-a-kind, high end pieces for the Hollywood "jet set". Harry tutored many of the best Gallup area artists who've revived the old style Navajo jewelry.
