This elegant contemporary multi-gem inlaid bear pendant was created by Navajo artist & silversmith, Ray Jack. The bear pendant is inlaid with a multitude of semi-precious stones - there is a colorful yei on the bear's back and an arrow leading to his nose. Heavy fancy silver setting. The bale is inlaid with a teardrop shaped piece of spiny oyster. The pendant is absolutely breathtaking is both design, artistry and craftsmanship.
The pendant measures 2-1/8 inch long by 2-3/8 inch tall including the wide bale. The over-sized inlaid bale has a use-able interior diameter of about 5/8 inch. The pendant weighs 33.5 grams and it is over 1/4 inch thick. Solid sterling silver back. This is heavier and bigger than the other bear pendant that we have of his, plus this has an inlaid bale.
