This heavy Native American stamped Sterling silver ring was hand made by Navajo artist Darryl Becenti. The ring is set with a black onyx stone and completely covered with deep stamp-work and fancy repousse work and has scalloped edges. This ring works well for either a man or a woman.

The ring measures 1-1/8 inch wide at the front and narrows to about 1/4-inch wide at the back. The ring weighs 14 grams and is a very comfortable ring to wear. The wide band keeps the ring from twisting and turning. Size 10.

Brand new in perfect condition. It is stamped sterling and has Darryl Becenti's hallmark. Gift box & Certificate of Authenticity included.

Darryl Becenti was born in 1957 in Gallup. New Mexico and raised in Mexican Springs. He was taught silver work by his brothers-in-law, David & Leroy Reeves in 1980. He has taken numerous ribbons at the Gallup Ceremonial and Santa Fe Indian Market. Darryl said in a recent interview with Bonecutters: My style is "old style", I enjoy doing bump out work and that is what I am known for. I can make anything, but I make mostly bracelets.

We were shocked and saddened to hear of Darryl's untimely death in late March of this year. One of our suppliers of Darryl's jewelry just opened back up after having been closed since late March and we purchased as much of Darryl's jewelry as we could.
