These contemporary clip-on style sterling silver inlaid earrings were handmade by Navajo artist, Jim Harrison. The earrings feature Navajo yei and a night scene with a turquoise moon and sterling silver dots that resemble stars accenting the night sky. The inlay is impeccable - any dark spots that you see are the natural matrix of the stone.

The earrings measure 5/8 inch long by 1/2 inch wide by 1/8 inch thick. They are clip earrings for non-pierced ears and they weigh 7 grams each approx.

Brand new and in perfect condition. Hallmarked Jim Harrison, Hand Made and Sterling by the artist. Obtained directly from the artist. Gift box and Certificate of Authenticity included with your purchase.

Jim's designs are reflective of the bright stars of the New Mexico nights and the geometric forms of the landscape. With sleek and contemporary shapes and designs, he manages to balance the flavor of tradition with his stylized approach to Indian imagery. His designs continue to change and they include Hopi and Navajo Sunfaces, and the Yei- bei-chei. He experiments with landscapes and galaxies. The work of Jim Harrison is very distinctive and easily recognizable. There are few working silversmiths capable of this level of stone to stone inlay jewelry.
