Here's a lovely Native American turquoise needlepoint ring, handmade by Zuni jeweler and artist, Philander Gia. The front of the ring measures 1-3/8 inches long by 7/8 inches wide and the plate curves slightly so that the ring lays right against your finger. Genuine Sleeping Beauty turquoise.
A total of 18 slender pieces of needlepoint turquoise highlight the edges of the ring with one round piece of turquoise in the middle. The ring is oval shaped with the turquoise going out like spokes around the center and the sterling silver beads on the ends.
