Navajo handmade Red Creek Jasper & sterling silver pendant. Red Creek Jasper comes from China and exhibits gorgeous combinations of tan, red, and sage greens. The swirling colors are broken up by a lined pattern that gives each stone an undeniably natural look. (The lines are not cracks).
The stone is set in a plain deep silver bezel for a sleek contemporary look. The pendant measures 1-3/8 inch long not counting the silver bale. The bezel can handle a necklace up to 3/8 inch in diameter. The pendant weighs 13/3 grams.

Red Creek jasper combines softly muted shades of mustard yellow, olive green and burnt red in patterns reminiscent of a picturesque sunset. It was named for the creek that flows through the area where it was first discovered. Red Creek jasper is believed by some to bring balance and relaxation and, like all jaspers, is a stone of protection and grounding.
