This old Native American handmade sterling silver turquoise ring was recently obtained from a private collection of old southwestern Native American jewelry. The turquoise inlaid band silver ring measures a bit under 1/8 inch wide. Three flush inlay panels reach 3/4-inch across the front of the ring. Weighs 3.7 grams.
As is the case more often that not with earlier Native American jewelry, this piece is not marked for silver content. However, it tests positive as coin silver or better. circa 1970's. Size 8. Very good condition.
