This fabulous Native American Navajo made sterling silver ring features a striking natural Sunnyside turquoise stone set in a sterling silver ring setting. The matrix on this rare stone is outstanding - like a picture of a mountain & sky. The Sunnyside mine is located in northern Nevada near the town of Tuscarora in the Tuscarora mountain range. The mine is no longer in operation as it has become part of a gold mining operation and a privately owned ranch. The Sunnyside mine was mined mostly in the 70's. You won't find much of this great turquoise around anymore except for old stashes.

The face of the ring measures 3/4 x 5/8 inches. There are applied silver fans at the sides. The ring weighs 14.3 grams. Size 10.

Brand new in perfect condition. The ring is hallamrked with an oval shaped stamp that is blurry but it is Joe Piaso's hallmark. It is supposed to look like a feather with his name inside but sometimes is blurred in the stamping process. Gift box & Certificate of Authenticity included.
