The sturdy bracelet measures 3/4 inch wide, with an inside end-to-end measurement of 5-3/4 inches plus there is an opening gap of 1-1/4 inch. The bracelet weighs 51.6 grams. As reference, my wrist is 6 around and the bracelet is very loose on me .
