This Native American handmade sterling silver & turquoise bracelet was created by Navajo Leon Martinez. The stunning natural Turquoise Mountain stone is set in a unique setting with an old pawn style finish. The applied silver work and old pawn finish accentuates the setting and the stone. Leon Martinez manages to bring together the traditional vintage look with the refined silver work of today.

The bracelet measures 1-1/16" wide with an inside end-to-end measurement of 4-3/4" plus a 1" opening gap and weighs 32.4 grams.

Leon Martinez, brother to Terry and Calvin Martinez, grew up on the Navajo reservation. Following in his brother's footsteps and mentored by famed jeweler Kirk Smith, his jewelry features traditional Navajo design themes. Leon is known for his work in ingot sterling silver, hand rolling the plate and wire he uses in his creations. Leon has won several first place awards at the Navajo Nation Fair and Gallup Intertribal Ceremonial.
