This contemporary Santo Domingo hand made feather necklace features a strand of graduated heishi with a mosaic inlaid apple coral feather at the center. The heishi run from 3/8 diameter down to a bit over 1/8 diameter. The necklace was created by Rudy & Mary Coriz from natural semi-precious stones & shells - turquoise, apple coral, pipestone, butterscotch serpentine, yellow serpentine, black jet and more. The feather is inlaid on pipestone.
The necklace measures about 19 end to end, not counting the feather and 11-1/2 long from the back of the neck to the bottom of the feather. The feather is about 1-7/8 long.
