  *** SOLD ***

This top-quality sterling silver, turquoise & coral pendant was created by the Navajo silversmith, Kirk Smith, deceased. Kirk Smith was a student and former brother-in-law of the late master silversmith Harry Morgan. Kirk Smith's work is considered collector and investment quality and every Native American jewelry collection should include a piece or two of Kirk Smith jewelry!

This Kirk Smith pendant has a genuine Skyhorse Turquoise stone with dark and silvery matrix, set in a fancy gallery bezel, surrounded with superb silver work, and accented with seven oval coral cabachons. The 2-3/8 long pendant is attached to an extra large silver bale covered in fancy silverwork, large enough to handle beads or a necklace up to 7/8 diameter. The pendant and bale reach a total combined length of 3-3/8. The pendant weighs 42.6 grams.

Brand new in perfect condition. Stamped sterling and has Kirk Smith's hallmark. Certificate of Authenticity included and gift box included.

Kirk Smith died tragically on Monday, September 17, 2012. His artistry and vision will be sorely missed.

We currently have a large selection of Kirk's bracelets, rings, earrings and pendants available. But once they are gone, they're gone! With the recent price increases in both turquoise and sterling silver in the last few years, Kirk's beautiful pieces would be an excellent investment not only in terms of their high quality turquoise and precious metal but because of the acclaimed artist who created them. Don't miss your chance to add some of Kirk's fine jewelry to your Native American Indian jewelry collection.
