These genuine turquoise sterling silver post earrings were created by the late Navajo silversmith, Kirk Smith. Kirk Smith was a student and former brother-in-law of the late master silversmith Harry Morgan. Kirk Smith's work is considered collector and investment quality and every Native American jewelry collection should include a piece or two of Kirk Smith jewelry!

The old pawn style earrings feature Nevada turquoise stones, which are green in color with honey brown matrix. Kirk loved to use high-quality stones in vibrant colors with interesting natural matrix patterns in his jewelry. The stones are set on a silver plaque with an old pawn finish and accented with twist wire and silver raindrops.

Each earring measures 1-1/8 long by 7/8 wide at the widest point and weighs 7 grams. The posts are located near the tops of the earrings. Big comfort backs.

Brand new in perfect condition. Stamped sterling with Kirk Smith's hallmark. Certificate of Authenticity and gift box included with your purchase .
