Navajo artist Earl Plummer created this gorgeous Sterling Silver Turquoise Inlaid Bracelet using natural Sleeping Beauty turquoise. The bracelet is expertly and entirely handmade from beginning to end. There are three sections inlaid with turquoise in a cobblestone pattern and the silver section in the back is textured as shown. The bracelet measures a bit over 5/8 wide at the front and approximately 7 around (when closed). The bracelet locks/clasps at the back and would fit any size wrist up to about a 7 wrist. For reference, my wrist is 6 around.

Although there is great demand for his work, Earl has resisted the temptation to set up a shop with other people producing his work. Likewise, he does not cast the silver and gold for his designs. Instead, Earl builds every piece by hand from sheet silver, wire and natural stones.

Brand new and in perfect condition. Purchased directly from the artist. Gift Box and Certificate of Authenticity included. Hallmarked by the artist.

Earl Plummer, a celebrated Navajo jeweler, was named the IACA Artist of the Year for 2011 at the Spring Market held in Santa Fe, New Mexico and won Best in Jewelry at the Santa Fe Indian Market in 2013. From Thoreau, New Mexico, where he still lives, Earl began making jewelry at age 14 after watching and learning from family members. He started with simple stamp work and has progressed to his fine sculpted inlay work of today. He works in both silver and gold and uses natural gemstones in his pieces.

Taking many of his design ideas from nature, Earl Plummer has won numerous awards over the years including prizes at the Gallup Intertribal Ceremonial, the Santa Fe Indian Market, as well as the Heard Museum Guild Indian Fair and Market. Earl's work has been featured in galleries throughout the United States such as the NAJA, Home and Away Gallery, Wright's Indian Art Gallery, Sacred Bear Jewelry, Red Rock Trading Post and Turquoise House Gallery.
