This marvelous handmade sterling silver ring was created by Navajo silversmith, Delbert Gordon. Delbert Gordon was born in Fort Defiance, Arizona in 1955 and he is one of best Navajo artists around. He makes wonderful pieces of Navajo art. He specializes in old pawn style jewelry with beautiful hand stamped designs and natural stones. The silver-work on this heavy sterling silver ring is simply outstanding!
The ring measures 3/4 inch wide at the front, narrowing to 1/4-inch at the back and weighs a hefty 17.7 grams. It is extremely comfortable to wear and the wide band prevents the ring from turning around on your finger. The back is stamped sterling and has Delbert's unique hallmark. Authenticity card and gift box included. Size 6-3/4.
Delbert Gordon is a self-taught silversmith and goldsmith. He has been a teacher of other silversmiths, including his nephew Derrick Gordon.
