Here is a classic Native American Inlaid Bald Eagle. I have seen this design before but I have never been able to attribute it to any particular artist, Navajo or Zuni. There is a photo of this ring on page 36 of Gregory Schaaf's American Indian Jewelry I book.
The face of the ring has an American Bald Eagle, superbly inlaid and the body has been etched to give the illusion of feathers. The eagle is set on a bed of textured sterling silver nuggets.
The face of the ring measures approx. 1 long by 5/8 wide. The sides narrow down to a 3/16" wide band at the back. Smooth solid inside that curves to fit nicely around your finger. Size 11.
