Zuni Inlaid Cardinal / Mallard Duck Spinner Pendant, Booqua

Small Native American Zuni handcrafted sterling silver spinner pendant, with a red cardinal on one side and a mallard duck on the other. The pendant is 1-1/4" in diameter. Hallmarked Booqua Item#2086

This gorgeous Zuni handcrafted sterling silver spinner pendant features a duck on one side and a red cardinal on the other side. The intricate mallard duck features hand cut delicate inlays of etched jasper on the wings, with an abalone, turquoise,   jet and red coral body, and etched white mother of pearl tail feathers. 

On the other side, the red cardinal is perched on a turquoise inlaid flowering plant. The cardinal features an etched coral body, a mother of pearl beak and a black jet eye mask.

The slightly domed two sided round pendant is 3/4 inches diameter and about 1/8 inch thick at the edges. The spinning rod is positioned vertically at the poles. The spinner frame is about 3/16 inch outward from the pendant making the entire pendant 1-1/4 inch in diameter. Including the large bale, the pendant is 1-1/2" long. The pendant weighs 11.7 grams.
 
Brand new and in perfect condition. Hallmarked by the artist, Booqua, Zuni, N.M. with an engraver on the inside surface of the spinner frame. Gift box and Certificate of Authenticity included.
