Colorful mosaic inlaid shell earrings. 1-1/4" long, not counting the earwires. Handmade by Charlene Reano of San Felipe pueblo. Top quality Native American pueblo earrings. Item #2869

These colorful inlaid mosaic shell earrings were created by Charlene Reano of San Felipe pueblo. Inlaid with turquoise, spiny oyster and more. The light-weight earrings measure 1-1/4" long not including the earwires by 1/2" wide. Sterling silver ear-wires.

Brand new and in perfect condition. Purchased directly from and hallmarked by the artist. Certificate of Authenticity and gift box included with your purchase.

About the artist: Born at San Felipe pueblo, Charlene married into the Reano family of Santo Domingo Pueblo, well known for their inlay work. Charlene's style of inlaid earrings and bracelets dates back to pre-historic Anasazi times.

Charlene says, "My inspiration stems from the jewelry worn during the traditional dances." Her intricate mosaic work has been recognized with ribbons and awards at Eight Northern Pueblo Show and the prestigious Santa Fe Indian Market, among others. Charlene is now recognized as one of the finest mosaic artists working today. Her work is highly collectible.
