Contemporary Santo Domingo hand made inlaid necklace featuring two strands of graduated turquoise heishi beads and three inlaid mosaic feathers at the center. Handmade from all genuine stones by Santo Domingo artists, Rudy & Mary Coriz. Item #3637

This contemporary Santo Domingo hand made necklace features two strands of graduated handmade turquoise heishi and three inlaid mosaic feathers at the center. The necklace was created by Rudy & Mary Coriz from natural semi-precious stones, and the artists call this necklace a "HummingBird Necklace". This necklace is a masterpiece of inlay work and handmade heishi beads. Please note: natural matrix spots and wavy lines are present - these are not cracks or chips..just natural parts of the stones. Stones used include: lapis, turquoise, serpentine, pipestone, apple coral, & black jet.

The necklace measures about 19" around and 11" long from the back of the neck to the bottom of the feathers. The three feathers are about 1-1/2" long, by 5/8" wide, by 1/4" thick. .
