Navajo artist Nelson Morgan created this one of a kind kachina necklace with a unique detachable design that allows the kachina to be worn as a necklace, as shown, or as a stand-alone pin, or the pendant can be attached to another necklace of your choice.
Navajo artist Nelson Morgan is one of the most well-known kachina character jewelry artists in the southwest.
You can also wear other Nelson Morgan pendants -- or any other artist's pendant as long as it has a detachable or slide bale -- with this 20" sterling silver semi-collar necklace (measurement excludes length of the pendant).
The center piece of the necklace is a detachable kachina pin/pendant. I think this kachina is known as the Morning Singer or Early Morning Singer Kachina. The kachina head is three dimensional with incredible detail and the kachina is a true shadowbox piece, measuring 3/16" deep with cut-out designs. The two-piece kachina measures 2-5/8" long by 1-1/2" wide and weighs 25 grams.
Brand new in perfect condition. Created by Navajo Nelson Morgan and his hallmark is stamped on the back. Certificate of Authenticity included. Don't miss out on this piece of beautiful jewelry by an award-winning Native American artist. We have two beautiful kachina necklaces available (see last photo).
