Sunshine Reeves Navajo Royston Turquoise Silver Ring Sz11-3/4

Old-style Navajo handmade sterling silver ring with a high grade Royston Turquoise stone. Superbly Crafted by Native American Daniel "Sunshine" Reeves. Engraved, hand-stamped geometric designs on the scalloped band. Size 11-3/4. Item# 3641

This collector quality old-style Turquoise and Sterling Silver ring was created by re-known Navajo artist Daniel Reeves, also known as "Sunshine Reeves". The ring features a gorgeous natural high grade Royston turquoise stone, measuring 3/4" long by      3/8" wide. The stone is set in a simple straight bezel with a twist rope overlay surrounding it. There are two mountain shaped or 'sunshine' overlays next the bezel on both sides. The scalloped ring shank is covered end-to-end with complex engraved and hand stamped geometric designs.

The sturdy ring measures 7/8" tall at the front. It weighs 12.5 grams and is a size 11-3/4. Brand new in perfect condition. It is stamped sterling and has Sunshine Reeve's hallmark. Certificate of Authenticity included and gift box included. 

Sunshine Reeves' older brothers, Gary Reeves and David Reeves, taught him the craft      of silver-smithing. He is a world-renowned artist, taking several 'Best of Show' awards and 1st place ribbons at various shows and Indian Markets. His jewelry is also shown at the Peabody Museum and the Heard Museum.
