Navajo Geraldine Yazzie created this huge sterling silver bracelet, set with three genuine Royston turquoise stones. The natural Royston turquoise stones are truly impressive, and they are that indescribable Royston green-blue color with medium to light brown matrix. The stones are in perfect condition, simply polished and set in deep bezels with twisted silver rope surrounding them. With a measurement of 2-1/8" wide and an inside end-to-end measurement is 5-3/4" plus a gap of 1-1/8", this top-quality Navajo bracelet is a real show-stopper!

The bracelet weighs 119 grams. Heavy three wire supports. Brand new and in perfect condition. Gift Box and Certificate of Authenticity included. Hallmarked by the artist, Geraldine Yazzie.

Truly a one of a kind Navajo handmade bracelet that you will treasure for a long time!

About Geraldine Yazzie: Geraldine learned to silversmith from her mother. She has been smithing for over 17 years, and is known for her beautiful concho belts with wonderful, deep stamping. Her silver work is well regarded and her jewelry is very collectible.

About Royston turquoise: Royston is a well-known Nevada turquoise mine. There are actually several mines in what is termed the Royston district in Nye County, Nevada: Oscar Wehrend, the Bunker Hill, the Snow Storm Claim, and the Royal Blue mine. The main mine from this district is The Royal Blue Mine. This mine produced some of America’s finest turquoise. Discovered about 1910. The turquoise runs from a soft blue to intense blues that can be some of Nevada’s best. The thin veins and veinlets cut nice blue cabs, some with little to no matrix. Turquoise also forms in the mother rock and the cabs cut from this material show striking combinations of blue and green turquoise against the reddish matrix. Royston turquoise is one of my personal favorites.
