Up for your consideration is this fabulous vintage Native American handcrafted silver and turquoise squash blossom necklace. The necklace comes from the private collection of a husband & wife who traveled extensively across the southwest in the 1960's & 1970's buying Indian jewelry.
The necklace is double stranded with handmade silver beads, 12 hand made blossoms (six on each side), and a 7-stone naja. The necklace is unmarked and unsigned, but it tests positive for coin silver or better.
* 22 long from end to end
* 12-1/4 hang from the back of the neck to the bottom of the naja
* Naja: 2-1/2 wide by 2-1/4 tall
The necklace was worn by the previous owner's daughter so it has been polished over the years, but it is developing a nice patina now. Excellent condition.
