This fabulous Native American hand made sterling silver Manassa turquoise bracelet was created by Navajo silversmith Guy Hoskie. The bracelet has three natural King's Manassa turquoise stones set in straight bezels, accented with twisted silver wire and applied sterling silver accents. The wide cuff bracelet is intricately stamped from end to end with complex stampwork. The King's Manassa turquoise stones are a pale to medium blue-green color with swirling honey-brown matrix.

The bracelet measures 1-1/2 wide with scalloped edges. It has an inside end-to-end measurement of 5-3/16 plus an opening gap of 1-1/4. My wrist is 6 around and the bracelet is slightly loose on me, but wearable. The bracelet weighs 95.6 grams.

Brand new in perfect condition. Stamped sterling and has Guy Hoskie's hallmark. Certificate of Authenticity included.

Guy is 54 years old and lives in Arizona. He learned silversmithing from his relatives, Sunshine Reeves and Andy Cadman. They all exhibit certain similarities in their work (Navajo revival style).

Manassa (King's Mine) Turquoise Manassa turquoise is mined at Manassa in south central Colorado. It is known for its blue-green to green color with a golden or brown, non-webbed matrix. The Manassa mine is still in production, and owned by the King family, thus the alternate name sometimes used for this turquoise.
