Native American hand made & inlaid heartline bear pendant, by award winning Zuni artist, Ernie Ohmsatte. Large 2-1/4" long by 1-1/2" tall sterling silver bear, inlaid with turquoise, coral, lapis & other semiprecious stones. Raised sun-face in the center. Item# 1921

This beautiful inlaid bear pin/pendant features hand cut inlays of Sleeping Beauty turquoise, red coral, Spiny Oyster Shell, Mother of Pearl, Lapis and other semi-precious stones. The sun-face and other small dots or color are raised about the surface of the black jet background. The bear measures 2-1/4" long from the tip of the nose to the tip of  the tail by 1-1/2" tall and weighs 19.4 grams. The hidden bale has a usable interior diameter of 3/16". Beautifully made. Ohmsatte's exacting work          commands premium prices.
